Breathe To Release:

A Guided Breathwork & Meditation Journey

Drained, overwhelmed, or feeling heavy? Step out of your head and back into your body with an energetic reset designed to help you let go.

Ever felt like you’re carrying so much weight, yet your hands are physically empty?

Or that you’re completely drained, even though you consider yourself rested?

What you’re feeling isn’t just physical tiredness – it’s energetic.

When we navigate daily stress, anxiety, or emotional pressure, our bodies store that tension directly in the nervous system. Sleep and rest alone often can’t shift it.

Breathe To Release is an intimate, in-person breathwork and meditation class designed to help you discharge stuck energy and release stored physical and emotional tension. Leaving you feeling lighter, refreshed, and clearer physically, mentally, and spiritually.

What Happens in a Session?

You will be safely guided through conscious breathing techniques and stillness practices designed to bypass the busy mind and connect directly with the body.

  • Grounding & Setup: We begin with gentle breath awareness to settle your nervous system into the room.
  • Active Conscious Breathwork: Guided breathing patterns that increase oxygen flow, move stagnant energy, and release physical tightness.
  • Deep Integration & Meditation: A period of total stillness and guided relaxation to process the shift, seal your energy, and quiet mental chatter.

This Experience is For You If:

  • You feel mentally foggy, overstimulated, or emotionally heavy.
  • You feel disconnected from your body and struggle to “turn off” your thoughts.
  • You’ve tried traditional meditation or sleep, but still feel an underlying baseline of tension.
  • You want a welcoming, local community space to practice deep self-care without judgment.

No prior experience with breathwork or meditation needed. Come as you are.
