Terms of Service & Booking Policy
1. The Container: Our Commitment
At Polarity Alchemist, we are committed to providing a high-frequency, structured space for your transformation. By booking an Alignment Audit or any of our digital resources, you are entering into a professional agreement built on mutual respect, personal sovereignty, and clear boundaries.
2. Booking & Payment
- Confirmation: All sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
- Investment: The 90-minute Alignment Audit is priced at £200. This includes the live session and your custom 2-page Polarity Roadmap.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
To maintain the integrity of our energetic container and respect the time dedicated to your preparation, we observe the following:
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.
Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will incur a 50% session fee to cover the loss of the allocated time slot.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.
The 21-Day Window: Our booking calendar typically operates on a 21-day rolling availability. If you need to reschedule to a date beyond this window, please contact us at Consulting@polarityalchemist.com so we can manually anchor your spot.
4. Digital Resources & Intellectual Property
Copyright: All materials provided by Khaleim and Polarity Alchemist are protected by intellectual property laws. Redistribution or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Access: Digital resources and the “Polarity Roadmap” are for your personal use only.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate delivery of intellectual property, all sales of digital resources are final and non-refundable.
5. Disclaimer & Personal Responsibility
Polarity Alchemist provides coaching and energetic synthesis tools designed for personal growth and high-performance alignment.
Ownership: While we provide the map (The Roadmap), the journey and the results are an act of your own Personal Sovereignty. Khaleim does not guarantee specific external outcomes, as transformation is an internal, individual process.
